Taliban Try Flying Chopper Left Behind By US, Crash It

US forces deliberately damaged some military hardware when they entered and Afghan forces flew some helicopters into Central Asian countries.

A Black Hawk helicopter has crashed during a Taliban training exercise in the Afghan capital Kabul 

killing three people, the group's defense ministry said on Saturday 

"An American Black Hawk helicopter, which was for training, crashed due to a technical problem inside  

the campus of the National Defense University," defense ministry spokesman  

Enayetullah Khwarazmi said, adding that five others were injured.

After taking over the country just over a year ago, the Taliban took control of some US-made aircraft.

It is not yet clear how many are operational. US forces deliberately damaged some military hardware when they entered
